These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pp66 Casino ("pp66", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the pp66 online gaming platform accessible at pp66.lat and all related services, applications, and content provided thereon.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the pp66 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety, including any additional terms, rules, and policies referenced herein or separately published by pp66, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms are effective as of the date of your registration and remain in force for the duration of your account's existence and any subsequent period during which pp66 processes outstanding transactions or claims relating to your account.

pp66 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Acceptable documents include Philippine passport, UMID, PhilSys National ID, SSS/GSIS ID, and driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO). Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory resolution.
pp66 employs automated age-verification systems and manual KYC (Know Your Customer) review processes. pp66 is committed to preventing underage gambling and will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities in any investigation related to underage access.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the pp66 platform. Registration of duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited. pp66 reserves the right to close all accounts held by a single individual in violation of this rule and to void all associated balances and pending transactions.

pp66 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, regulatory non-compliance, or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on pp66 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pp66 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion required to process a payment is handled by your payment service provider at their applicable rates, and pp66 assumes no liability for currency conversion losses.
Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as displayed on the pp66 Deposit page at the time of transaction. Available methods are subject to change without notice.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Deposits are generally credited to your pp66 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. pp66 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine bank processing schedules.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱500 for bank transfers. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposit and/or verified in the player's name. pp66 aims to process withdrawals for fully verified accounts within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
pp66 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Players must have completed full KYC verification before withdrawals are permitted. pp66 is not liable for withdrawal delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking holidays, or technical disruptions outside pp66's control.
pp66 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Players who use bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the promotion's intended purpose, or who exploit technical errors to gain an unfair advantage, may have winnings confiscated and accounts suspended.
All games available on the pp66 platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent long-term statistical expectations and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game — including software faults, network disconnections, or server errors — pp66 reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund wagers. pp66 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to games and accepts no liability for losses incurred due to technical disruptions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pp66 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, or exploit any pp66 content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from pp66.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, pp66, its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit pp66's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
pp66's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and directives.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your pp66 account, or your use of the pp66 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines and, where applicable, the dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR.
pp66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the pp66 website with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, pp66 will provide notice via the platform or registered contact details where reasonably practicable.
Continued use of the pp66 platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting pp66 customer support.
